Camer1 paints at
DJ Quest Love on the turntables + the smell of aerosol + an amazing crowd = an amazing time. The event was not only packed with onlookers and graffiti fans, but it was also packed with amazing artist’s such as Vyle, Mear, Doves, Crash, Satyr and much more. Vogue, apex and Rime were the judges and believe me when I say they probably had a tougher time than the competitors because the competition was fierce. Limited to less the five hours and 15 cans of paint of all different colors, the artists did there thing. Each artist had to paint the word “proud” and were voted on letters, style, background and over all theme. Although Vyle took first place and Doves took 2nd, Camer1 did not count it as a loss though. The success to him was gaining much respect from legendary writers, beginners and ones who simply appreciate the art. Relationships were built and sketch books were signed…that’s what it’s all about…building relationships and planting seeds.
